And the training begins ...... 1st Jan update
Christmas & New Year are over and the training is about to begin.
On the scales.... 15st 7lbs - that going to have to reduce a bit - down by 2st something at least
Training will start with a twice weekly commute into work (subject to really bad weather) - it should get a few miles into my legs before the serious stuff starts and also make up for the lack of cycling during November and December.
